HAAREKET SLU offers workshops, training, gatherings, and practices related to Hair Suspension, both in-person and online.

 

2. Scope of Application

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the contracting, participation, and access to:

  • In-person workshops and trainings
  • Online workshops and trainings
  • Theoretical and practical sessions
  • Gatherings and laboratories organized by HAAREKET

Registration for any of these activities implies the express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Registration and Payment Conditions

 

Registration is considered confirmed only when:

  • The registration process has been fully completed, and
  • Full payment for the corresponding activity has been received

Prices and specific conditions are detailed in each activity description.
HAAREKET reserves the right to modify content, dates, or conditions prior to the confirmation of registration.

 

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Withdrawal

 

4.1 In-Person Workshops and Trainings

Registration may be canceled up to 14 calendar days before the start of the workshop only if the registered participant finds another person to take their place, and provided that written notice is given to HAAREKET.

After this 14-day period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

Once the workshop has begun, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted, regardless of the reason.

4.2 Online Workshops and Trainings

Online trainings are non-cancelable and non-refundable once purchased.

 

5. Participation Conditions

 

The activities offered by HAAREKET involve physical, bodily, and sensory work.

By participating, the participant expressly declares that they:

  • Participate voluntarily and under their own responsibility
  • Are in adequate physical and psychological condition to participate
  • Are responsible for informing HAAREKET in advance of any relevant medical condition
  • Commit to respecting their own limits and following the provided instructions

HAAREKET reserves the right to limit, interrupt, or deny participation whenever it considers it necessary for safety reasons.

 

6. Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

 

(Release of Liability – Online / In-Person Practice)

The participant acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The activities offered by HAAREKET involve inherent risks associated with physical, bodily, and energetic wor
  • These risks may include, among others, physical, emotional, or psychological injuries

Accordingly, the participant fully assumes all risks arising from their participation and expressly releases HAAREKET SLU, as well as its team, collaborators, and facilitators, from any liability arising from:

  • Injuries, damages, accidents, or harm suffered during or as a result of participation in in-person or online activities
  • The use, application, or practice of the techniques learned outside of HAAREKET’s direct supervision
  • Independent practice carried out in unsupervised environments, particularly in the case of online trainings

The participant declares that they understand that online training does not involve direct physical supervision and expressly accept full responsibility for the execution of the practice in their own environment.

This release of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content provided by HAAREKET (educational materials, videos, audio recordings, images, texts, and recordings) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without HAAREKET’s express written authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, conflict, or claim arising from the interpretation, execution, compliance, or validity of these Terms and Conditions, the parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, and specifically those corresponding to the registered office of HAAREKET SLU.

 

9. Acceptance

 

Contracting and registering for any activity organized by HAAREKET implies that the participant has read, understood, and expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions.
