An empowering space to share, enjoy and transcend our limits. Here the learning of the ancient art of hair suspension is combined with postural health, conscious breathing and movement research.
A great opportunity both for those who are approaching this discipline for the first time, as well as for those who already practice suspension and want to delve deeper into body care to prepare and maintain the body in all its capacity with the aim of assuming the hair suspension technique in a healthy way.
We want to allow new stimuli to emerge for the movement and expression of this wonderful practice.

Who is it for?
This workshop is aimed at people with previous physical work, circus artists, dancers, aerialists, acrobats, practitioners of yoga, pilates, martial arts etc. People who have body awareness and desire to investigate this technique.
For people with previous experience in hair suspension, it is necessary to be willing to delve into this technique in a healthy and conscious way.
Requirements
• Long hair at least shoulder length, no shaved heads.
• No extremely bleached / damaged hair.

Your mentor
Ingrid Esperanza
Artist and creator specialised in Hair Suspension, focused on movement research and hybrid languages in the performing arts.
She discovered Hair Suspension in 2007, making it the central axis of her stage work. In 2017, she premiered in Cirque du Soleil’s first Hair Suspension act in ‘SEP7IMODIA’ in Buenos Aires.
Since 2019, she has been dedicated to understanding and evolving this technique through conscious and sustainable practice. Currently, in addition to her work as a teacher, she is the artistic director of Haa Collective and collaborates as a mentor and external eye in various contemporary circus projects in Europe and Mexico.
